Welcome to Zakatuna, a crowdfunding platform that enables individuals and entities to fund projects and causes they are passionate about. By accessing our website, located at zakatuna.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that are referenced herein or that otherwise may apply to specific sections of the Site, or to products and services that we make available to you through the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. User Agreement

By using Zakatuna, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

• 2.1 Account Registration: To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• 2.2 User Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Site in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”; using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Site; transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Site.

3. Crowdfunding Campaigns

• 3.1 Campaign Creation: Users may create campaigns to solicit financial contributions from other users by providing a detailed description of their project, including the purpose of the campaign, the amount of funds sought, and the intended use of the funds.
• 3.2 Contributions: Contributors are solely responsible for asking questions and investigating Campaign Creators to the extent they feel is necessary before making a contribution.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on Zakatuna, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned by or licensed to Zakatuna, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law.

5. Termination

Zakatuna may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Zakatuna, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Province of Ontario, Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
